Zachery has called Elkhart home for his entire life except for the four short years he spent in West Lafayette while attending Purdue University. After graduating with a bachelors degree from Purdue’s Krannert School of Management; he returned to grow his rental property business. Zachery believes that strong communities have high rates of home ownership. Homeowners care about their communities and have an economic incentive to grow them.
