In the 1970’s Texaco bought the Sinclair station and it remained in business through the 1980’s. There is a hood vent hung in the kitchen and dual controls are wired into the kitchen. There is a forced exhaust unit for the hood in storage for the next owner to finish making the kitchen fully functioning. Heat reduction pipe is required to finish this install and would need to be done by the new owner and inspected per the building permit. New furnace was put in October 2019 and new A/C Unit in June 2020. All equipment, supplies, and furniture are being sold with the building and the building is being sold AS-IS.
